Quality Control

1. Control Material Quality

We always choose the high quality material by the request of customer such as acrylic, wool, polyester etc, it will keep gloves breathable, comfortable and high quality.

2. Check Production Quality

When we start production, there are workers always checking the quality around the machine, and make sure both machine and gloves are good, or they will call machinist to make it right.

3. Check Quality Before Pack

Before gloves go into packed room, there will be a step. QC workers will check every detail of gloves. They will left the bad gloves and make sure every gloves is in high quality.

Shipping & Delivery

1. By Express

It is a door to door way and very fast (usually take 3-10 days) to deliver, but it is expensive, so we usually use it for small or urgent orders. DHL, FedEx, TNT, UPS are common shipping company.

2. By Air

It is a door to airport way, customers usually need to pick up items from airport. It is also fast but expensive, and usually take 3-7 days to arrive at the airport, suitable for middle or urgent order.

3. By Sea

It is a door to port way, customer usually need to pick up items from port. It is very slow but cheap, and usually take 20-40 days to arrive at the port. We use it for big and unhurried order.

Q: How to Order? A: Normally customers can order our products by Alibaba website or contact us by Email, we will confirm the specifications and other requirements after your message, then an invoice will be sent to you via email including the details of the order and bank information.

Q: Do you accept sample order or trial order? A: Yes, we surely do. Usually we can provide you some samples with small charge if it is in stock, otherwise, we will charge the sample cost but it will be refunded when you place the order.

Q: What is the MOQ （Minimum Order Quantity）? A: 30 pairs if we have stock, custom design needs to be negotiated,usually to be 500 pairs each style.

Q: Could I use my own LOGO or print my own design? A: Yes, Customized logo and design is available.

Q: What is the lead time for different types of order? A: It is 3-7 days for sample order, and 25-45 days for mass production normally.

Q: What is the International Commercial Terms (INCOTERM)? A: We are able to offer EXW, FOB, CIF, DAP and DDP (depends on your region).

Q: What is the payment term? A: We can accept Trade Assurance, T/T, L/C, D/P, Paypal, and others are to be discussed.
